I was wondering if there was an efficient way of going about finding case competitions for IB specifically that are open to all undergraduates.

Career Resources
CFA has one that is national. Other than that I know there are alot of regional ones. I would check with professors and seniors to see what they have.
Finance club websites/listservs at target schools are worth checking out. Here's a mix of IB / stock pitches:
P72 Case Comp, JP Morgan’s The Deal Competition, Global IB Valuation Olympiad, AIBC, NIBC, UK Investment Banking Series, BNP Paribas Ace Manager Competition, Credit Suisse Valuation Challenge, Traders@MIT, Midwest Trading Competition, CME Group Trading Challenge, Rotman International Trading Competition, Farallon Case Comp, Sohn Idea Contest, Sohn London Idea Contest, Starboard Value (Wharton). CS, GS, HLI, and C also host case comps at UCLA and a few other schools. Cornell Stock Pitch, Dodge & Cox Stock Pitch
