Can someone please look at this operating model and tell me where I have failed. Yes, I know it is terrible but it my first attempt at building something completely from scratch. If you could point out the most glaringly wrong issues, I would be grateful.

Build out a schedule for PPE, what you have right now doesn't work.
BOP, PPE + Additions - Dep (which is all D&A since intangibles doesn't move) EOP, PPE
Do the same with LT investments but just do BOP, change in LT inv, EOP.
Fix that and then re-post. Lots of other issues but that's a start.
