interview with an ECM shop

Hey guys,

So I have some thoughts that maybe you people (especially if you have been involved in recruiting) can shed a light on.

I have been through a recruitment process for a junior analyst position at an ECM shop. Both interviews went really well and I feel that I did well on the aptitude tests, I received positive feedback from the manager as well.

They are aiming to recruit 1-2 analysts, and I was told that there is one person in the process transferring internally, which will be considered before me. The manager told me that they have not decided yet if they will recruit one or two analysts, in which it was hinted that I will have a good chance given the later scenario.

Is there any way for me to further influence my odds at this stage? I really do feel that I gave my best and that the interviews so far have gone great and I do really want to take this opportunity if given.

Hello,

I decided not to pitch. Now it is a waiting game, and I will see what will happen. The culture seemed open-minded and you get to meet clients early on. Thumbs, crossed I really want to work there.
