Interview with Vice Chairman -- What to expect?
Currently in the interview process for AN1 at a MM shop for their Tech team. Was moved on to the final round, which is two 45-min interviews with higher-ups on the team. One of which is the vice chair of the group. I have done my fair share of interviews before, and have had a couple of superdays for SA recruiting, but never got the nod for an internship. Ended up getting an offer at HF. All that being said, I have yet to have a superday for full-time recruiting. I'm wondering what I should expect out of these interviews, particularly with the vice chair. Never had the opportunity to speak with someone as high up as him.
