Is The Practitioner's Guide to Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance still as relevant and recommended as it once was?
Recently I've looked through some recommended readings for understanding Investment Banking, and this book seems to have been a staple for many in the 00's and early 10's, but it's been in circulation for a while. Is it somehow superior in some form to the newer Rosenbaum guide or others or has it fallen out of use more or less? And if it has been replaced, by what exactly?
Also asking this also because it seems impossible to find a pdf or ebook version of this book. Got a copy of Rosenbaum and Pearl + Brealey's corporate finance book hardcover for cheaper than the cost of getting a copy of this book would be.
