Is the restructuring__ page on instagram legit?

Freshman interested in restructuring here. I found this page on Instagram about rx and I was wondering if anyone knows it/thinks it has reliable information. Some of the content seems obscure and I have no clue how to double check/learn more about it.

I've skimmed through their posts and for the most part everything I've seen is accurate and very relevant. Definitely all things you would be familiar with working in restructuring.
The last few topics seem very conceptual, do these come up on the job?

Surprisingly helpful. My rec is to just purchase restructuringinterviews though. They are the best resource for rx banking. Also read moyer.

Admin is a guy named Paul Powell, he also runs the Pari Passu newsletter which is more in-depth than the instagram. LinkedIn says he works at Bain Capital in NY.
