Is this Strategic Finance Offer Insane? Banking exit

Thinking of quitting IB on the spot rn (I hate it and my group is very sweaty and toxic) because I just secured a pretty decent offer. It is $140k base + 30-60% bonus, hours being 9-7pm. I am 24. Thoughts on this? Is this normal for "strategic finance" roles? It is not at a tech company btw.

What kind of firm is this in terms of location or industry? Seems significantly over market, so really curious as I am also looking for strat finance based roles.

Damn very nice, didn't know non-tech offers were that high. If you don't mind sharing, would love to know the size of the company and what type of firm you were at. I am at a BB looking into strat finance/corp dev and all the things I have seen are a bit lower in base and materially lower in bonus, so just want to get as much insight as possible.

Hi I’m in a similar boat as you. Thinking of quitting on the spot and want to Strat Fin. Would you be able to chat more about your process and how you went about it? Please PM me.
