Jefferies ADG
Can anyone comment on the culture and deal flow of the group. Also, has anyone gotten a superday yet? Had a first round last Thursday.

Career Resources
Bump. Also interested.
One of the top ADG Groups, they've been growing very quickly.
Also had a first round last week. Haven't heard back about superday either.
Spoke to another member of the team today. He said that the process will move quickly and we will know about super days in the next 10 days or so.
Thanks for the info. Just wondering, did you have your first round today? Just trying to get a feel for where JEF is at in terms of first rounds.
I had it last Thursday
Good shop with their office actually in DC. Other ADG shops all work out of Virginia
I think their head ADG office is in Charlotte
office in DC no longer exists. office is in charlotte.
As said above, DC office closed down. They have people in NYC and Charlotte. Believe NY is more aerospace and Charlotte is more defense and government services
I heard Charlotte was very heavy on the G part of ADG and NY handled most of A&D.
Do you know if the group cross-staffs across offices, like would it be possible to work on Defense deals if based in NYC or Aerospace deals if based in CLT?
Got Super Day
Same. GL on Monday.
Anyone here back from SD?
Anyone hear back from SD?
Nope, I forgot to ask about timeline. Did anyone ask?
Nope, I forgot to ask about timeline. Did anyone ask?
Got offer
Did you accept?
Yeah
Did anyone else hear back after SD
Unfortunately did not hear back yet, is anyone else in the same position?
I haven’t heard back
They only have one intern for 2021 SA. Someone mentioned they received an offer--maybe you won't hear back until they accept/deny
I thought they brought on 3 interns for this summer?
Actually I was wrong, they have 2 Summer Analysts and 1 Summer Associate this summer.
Brought on 4 Summer Analysts for 2022.
.
Is it safe to say we got rejected if we haven’t heard back by now?
Does anyone know the ADG timeline for SA 2023?
Also wondering. Seems like they may be aiming for a slightly accelerated timeline compared with SA 22.
They've done a few on-campus info sessions.
Can confirm, they came to my school and did info sessions and first rounds a week ago. First rounds were essentially just coffee chats.
Any insight in how to get involved to the process from a nontarget?
They're posting their application on the Jefferies website April 1st so you can apply then as a nontarget. Also might be worth networking with the group beforehand.
Is the process first round -> SD?
