I got a IB Summer Analyst – NY, Generalist Virtual Superday after the Insight Day. Anybody have any advice for how to prep? I'd appreciate any help I can get so I can shine
They're very interested in why you're interested in the firm. Obviously every bank asks that question but Jefferies definitely pushed it more. Thankfully it's one of the easier firms to craft an answer for. Growing, unique independent yet full service platform, lots of early experience, etc

You must have a strong why Jefferies response. This is incredibly important to them. Know your technicals as well, you will be asked them.
