JPM Advancing Black Pathways Worth It?
Got an offer for this summer through this program on the IB track but it's only 5-6 weeks and I'm unsure if they have a high conversion rate to junior summer analyst programs. If I accept I will also be reneging a boutique IB internship (10-12 weeks) but definitely willing to do that if it means I can lock in a 2025 SA at JPM.

For some context it looks like it’s only gone be 5-6 weeks and they make you reinterview at the end to secure SA 2025 from what contact told me - def not better than a EB offer

The ABP program is a phenomenal program for students. For one, the program is catered to your growth. The program is also dedicated to training you. The other unique thing is the senior mentorship you build. Lastly, having JPM experience at your grade level is one step ahead of your peers. JPM is investing time and money into you for the program, so the belief is that if you want to return and want it bad, it is yours for the taking. Recommend
