JPM IB 2025 Offer Question
Received an offer from JP Morgan as an Investment Banking summer analyst for 2025 in NYC. Curious to hear from current and recent IB interns about what hours are like because I’ve heard recently that IB hours are becoming more relaxed and am wondering if that’s the case at JP Morgan or any of the top three BB? Also, I would love to hear from people who received a return offer after their internship about things that they were doing during their internship to help them stand out.

Is this a recent offer (last week or 2)? JPM said that they are deferring interviews until August so I was curious whether they changed this
They didn’t change that, got offer a couple months ago
Do you know if a lot of people got the JPM Super Day waitlist email? Was it selective or did everyone pretty much get it?
My guess is they reviewed hirevues, waitlist some people until the fall and denied people as well. Also keep in mind that the applications closed yesterday and they sent that email a couple weeks ago so they may take the new applications into consideration now too.
