Keyboard & Mouse for Office
I am not a fan of the stock wired mouse and keyboard given to me by my company. My low cost alternative was: http://www.staples.com/Logitech-MK320-Full-Size-W…

I don't even have a mouse ... well I probably do, just don't know where it is ..
am I doing it right?
I have the standard wired keyboard and mouse. I have heard some people suggesting getting a gaming mouse and programming the additional buttons as shortcuts in Excel and PowerPoint, but I don't use the mouse often enough to warrant that.
Wireless mouse and keyboard definitely make physical desktop things more efficient. When I need to clear out space on my desk for reading through decks, move shit around etc etc, it's much easier being able to pick up the keyboard and shift it to somewhere else. Cords are nothing but hassle and restriction.
I took a leaner version of the Logitech keyboard: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BP5KOPA/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpa…
The top to bottom measurement of the keyboard is small enough that you can grab it by thumb and forefinger for one-handed relocation/back scratching.
Gaming mouse with extra buttons - not much use, as you should be running Excel on keyboard only.
Splurge and get a decent logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. Should cost no more than 60-80 bucks. My current setup is a cheap logitech keyboard and wireless mouse which cost me about $30 all-in. Would love to get something nicer but for now it will do.
I got a cheapish Corsair gaming keyboard and random gaming mouse. $100ish total.
Is anyone here a fan of those ergonomic keyboards with the "waves" that are supposed to be better for your hands? They look so weird to me. In my opinion an adjustable backlit wireless keyboard that isn't too loud is what I'd look for. Computer mice are all pretty much the same except the piece of shit apple mouse.
This is my keyboard: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/k750-keyboard
I love it.
OP, imo the keyboard you put from staples looks decent for only being $20.
Agreed on the above
