Leerink Outlook?
Recieved an offer for Leerink NY 2026 and wanted to hear some thoughts about the company. Heard a little about the sweatshop type of culture, but also heard lots of positives about where the company is trending via new hires and expanded M&A (biopharma especially).
What are general thoughts?

Think leerink is known for their biopharma, probably better than going to a firm where the group is insignificant imo

This reminded me - when I was a college sophomore, I was desperate af and applying left and right to land an internship. Got a first round (I think it was 15 mins call) with a then director who worked at Leerink. I join the zoom call, and this dude literally had his camera set up on a way so I could see him from the side. Like he is looking at his monitors and I can also see him looking at his monitors and the right side of his face. Shit threw me off so bad and it was the driest conversation of my life. I have never seen anyone do anything even similar ever and I am very sure he did intentionally.
Made me realize how miserable I might have been had I actually gotten the internship and had to work for psycho dudes like him. Be careful man.
A kid from the college I went to is at Leerink, heard that hours and culture are pretty rough.
