Do they try to get the best outcome for the corporate clients or the investors? I understand they are the intermediary but seems kind of confusing whose interests they are supposed to represent?
What does structuring a deal really mean? What considerations to take place?
Is lev fin sell side very different than lev fin investing on buy side?
