Looking for REIB interview case studies.
I have an upcoming interview with a real estate investment banking group and was hoping to connect with anyone who might be willing to share relevant case studies from their interview experience or practice materials. I’m particularly interested in examples related to REPE/REIB that require waterfall modeling for different GP/LP partnerships. I’m also happy to share a few case studies I have in return. Anything helps, thanks!

would avoid reib if you can. you will do very few live deals and spend most of your time pitching. worst part is that majority of the time you can exit to REPE from any other coverage group or without ib experience. id take a top brokerage seat at Eastdil / cbre / jll over reib any day of the week.
Congrats on JLL bud
