Where do most most I-Banks (GS/MS/UBS/CS/DB/BS/LEH) have their training programs ? and where do the analysts stay during this program ?
at the NY offices. NY analysts stay at their new digs and regional analysts stay in hotels
other banks us Jersey for parts of training as well

The rumor is correct; we'll be training on the Princeton campus in a conference center. Its not a total let down but I'd definitely prefer to be in NYC.
My understanding is that most banks train in NYC.

They're putting us up in a hotel for 3-weeks. The remaining training will be in NYC. It is for ibanking, I don't know what S&T is doing.

Would anyone know...where investment banks have training in London ? Is at their offices ? Also...are FT analysts put up in Hotels or Service Apartments during the training period ?
i think ubs have it in their offices..? my friends who went on last year were put up in service apartments in london..
i thought ML offers associate training in somewhere outside of nyc (in upenn or smth), didn't realise they do so for analysts. any other banks that have such out of town arrangements?

ML Capital Markets is doing it in NYC...so i guess that sucks for the IBD guys
