Middle Office Exit Ops

Hello all.

I work in the middle office at a very large bank. I currently am doing a lot of process efficiency, programming, and just making automation type tools.

Eventually, I want to get licenses or certifications and leave to somewhere either maybe in the Fintech space or more client facing whatever that may be.

Besides coding, I also love trading.

What options are available as exit opps?

Thanks!
