Minority Interests
Hi,
I'm doing a DCF and I have a problem to balance my projected financial statements. I'm pretty sure the problem comes from my minority interests.
To find my retained earnings, do I have to use the Net Income including not controlling interests or the Net income attribuable to shareholders ? Also, I have to subtract the dividends paid to the shareholders ? or the sum between the dividends paid to shareholders and dividends paid to non-controlling interests ?
