Hey y'all, I recently signed my offer with MS for GCM. Currently aligned with the LevFin group and this would be my first IB offer signed. I am currently a rising junior and I don't really have much insight into IB hours and comp at MS more specifically.
If anyone has any insight into MS as a firm and maybe GCM specifically id really appreciate it! I want to learn a bit more about how I should approach the following months as it's a 2024 offer. Oh, and if anyone knows about MS Inc and how the nonprofit involvement works when you are on the teams I would love to learn more about that too.
