You're in the wrong industry for that. Go work in tech/creative/entertainment

A couple in my experience:

Apple and Google have insanely nice campuses for the tech space

Goldman still takes the cake for IB in NYC. RBC is right by it in the Amex tower with a nice view

Disney’s Hulu office in Santa Monica has more of a tech-campus vibe and is nice. Amazon Music has some operations by there too.

For Houston, Exxon’s campus is absolutely gorgeous after they relocated to a northern suburb from downtown

As someone who actually works at GS in NYC… the office isn’t that nice and the cafeteria food sucks lol.

NYO is great but always crowded since people always randomly go/colocate there, sometimes hard to find a desk. Barista drinks always interesting though. McK DC, SoCal offices very nice.

KageSelly:

Sleeper pick but Edgemont (tiny healthcare boutique) has a sick view of Central Park

No I don’t work at Edgemont (hedging the “congrats on Edgemont!” comments)

Some of the most luxurious offices include KKR in Hudson Yards, Goldman Sachs in NYC, DB Columbus Circle, PIMCO Newport Beach, McKinsey NYC, and Edgemont with Central Park views. Tech campuses like Apple, Google, Disney Hulu, and Amazon Music are also top tier. These offices combine design, views, and amenities.

I know most people here are talking about NYC, but if we’re talking Boston, it hands-down has to be Leerink Partners office. It’s by far the most gorgeous office you’ll ever see in banking.

Granted, the only reason it’s that nice is because the space was picked out and built the way it was back when they were under the auspices of SVB—who were famously not shy about spending right up until… well, you know.

They’re up at 53 State Street and occupy the entire top two floors (39 and 40) and the views are unreal: you get basically the whole city in one sweep—waterfront, Seaport, Back Bay, Encore, and even Logan Airport on a clear day. And they’ve got a private rooftop deck at the very top, unlike the shared rooftop terrace on the 12th floor all the poors have to share.

Inside, it’s just ridiculous: marble everywhere, conference rooms with curved glass, and even beer on tap. If you want a peak of what it looks like, see below for a pic of their office that's featured on the 53 State Street building website with the caption "Tenant Space".

TBH not being able to visit that often whenever traveling to Boston was one of the small bummers of moving over to Moelis with the rest of the former SVB Leerink / Securities tech team back in 2023 following the collapse.

TB SF. Marble everything. Owns like 3-4 floors at least. Insane views of the San Francisco Bay with basically nothing obstructing the view.

Haven’t seen Greenwich, but I’m sure chuck davis has installed some perks in that building
