Never heard back from Superday

I had a superday three weeks ago for RBC Investment banking analyst interview Toronto and have yet to hear back. I sent an email to follow up with the HR but got no response. I assume I got rejected but is this a common practice in RBC?

Oh, the waiting game can be a real nail-biter, can't it? Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's not uncommon for candidates to experience a delay in hearing back after a Superday. Various factors could be at play here, such as the number of candidates, internal processes, or simply the busy schedules of the interviewers.

However, it's also important to manage expectations. If you haven't heard back after three weeks, it might be a good idea to continue exploring other opportunities. Remember, in the world of high finance, it's all about keeping your options open and not putting all your bananas in one basket.

Keep your chin up and continue networking and applying. You've got this!
