Controversial

I'm bored rn, so I'll nitpick this list:

Only CVP Biopharma should be in S++. CVP (Rest) in S+

Jeff (Energy) should be separate and placed in S

Move PJT M&A down to S-

Move Laz down to A+

Move Allen, MKlein, Gordon down to A-

Putting GHL RX as the same tier as HL RX is a joke lol, so move that down to A and move GHL (Rest) down to A-

Move BMO M&M down to B+

Move LionTree up to B+

Move UBS (Rest), DB (Rest) down to B-

Move William Blair (Rest) down to C

Move FT Partners up to C+

Move Truist up to D

I guess your insightful comment is based on the fact that you've worked in every one of these teams for at least 6 months right ? Otherwise your opinion matters as much as that of a high schooler

How? BMO M&M is undisputably the absolute global best in mining, it's like CVP for HC or PJT for RX, I put it at A- because M&M isn't a prestigious/sexy industry. BMO's other top groups (M&A and LevFin) are definitely at least as good as mid/bad groups at RBC/DB/UBS/WF types

The difference between mining and tech/hc/even energy is night and day in terms of deal value, household names, etc. who has heard of glencore over google/nike/exxon like come on

GS IND could be its own in S tier apart from Classics and EVR M&A could drop down a tier ngl
