We do. But obviously have old materials to use which helps. If you guys are trying to up how your stuff looks I would recommend downloading macabucus and just getting rlly good at PowerPoint. You can do some crazy stuff
Know of a few MM shops that use Williams Lea for their outsourced formatting / slide master creation

The main thing you guys need is a person who can come in and design a bunch of cohesive template slides, general rules/formatting structure. After that outsourced slide creation for reformatting/cleaning up/tweaking is typical. My shop has an internal PPT team we send things to (India) then overnight we wake up and they’re in standard firm format. Obviously we make them/design them ourselves but they clean them up/handle the mundane logo aligning etc.
