Hi everyone. I’m going through the process with some LMM banks and was wondering if someone could rank them in term of money/culture/exit-ops/growth
FT Partners, Brown Gibbons Lang, Cascadia Capital, Shea & Co, Deloitte Corporate Finance

How many summer analysts at BGL get full time offers at BGL?
around 60% last summer
When I interviewed there they said that it would be close to 100% and the offer was yours to loose. Wouldn't be surprised if that's BS though

I haven’t really kept up with the people I knew at dcf, they were a solid shop back then and are a big name.
FTP>DCF>BGL>rest
FT is miles better than the rest, I guess BGL is second
Not saying it is one, but FT is much closer to EBs than any of these banks
Deloitte is not an investment bank - they are accountants. As far as ranking them not sure. FT partners the base is 140 but they are going to work you as I have read before on here someone said his friend paid the price going there. Just depends on if you value work > chilling with friends in nyc etc.

Deloitte has an investment bank where they do sell side M&A it's called "Deloitte Corporate Finance"

FTP --> BGL and Shea --> Cascadia and Deloitte
I think people are sleeping on Cascadia. They’ve grown an impressive amount recently and apparently have pretty good culture / comp. I’d say FT > Cascadia > the rest (BGL blows).
Feel like you guys are sleeping on Shea; strong MM presence in tech in Boston and analysts have exited to WCAS
