across the street base is 70k + 10k sign on and sometimes a relocation expense reimb or 2-3k.

bonuses range depending on performance of you and firm.

BB I think were averaging about 50k. elite boutiques can get up to 80k.

what is base for 2nd and 3rd year? is there a difference between 3rd year analyst and 1st year associate?

Base is $70K + 10K signon at all the bulge brackets. Increase base by $10K for your second year.

can anybody comment on the restructuring bonuses from any of the big players last year?

how much do specialist boutiques like KBW (Keefe Bruyette & Woods) pay their first years in bonus?

KBW I'd say 25k max.. but things can change obviously. They don't do that many deals as far as what I see on their website/league tables. Guesstimate 20.

elite boutiques (evercore, greenhill, moelis, pwp, centerview, etc) are able to pay analysts more bonuses because they are doing the same kinds of deals GS/MS/JPM are, but have less people to pay.
