What do you mean by elite boutiques? Any examples? Why are they able to give bigger bonuses than say a BB?

KBW I'd say 25k max.. but things can change obviously. They don't do that many deals as far as what I see on their website/league tables. Guesstimate 20.

They are a fig only bank, that's why they are not thy far up the league table. But they work with some of the biggest financial institutionsin the world. Do u think that makes a difference?
