Resume Critique for Lateral

I am looking to lateral to a Chicago MM bank sometime early next year. I would have a year of experience at that point. Wanted advice on my resume and whether it is strong enough to place me into quality MM companies.

Few notes:
- I don't like having my GMAT of 690 on there, as it is below 700, but its barely below, and my GPA is very weak, so it provides a little intelligence support
- My GPA is left off intentionally, not proud of the 2.7, but it was 4 years ago and I've grown a ton since then and basically done a professional 180. Wish I could go back and fix it, but I can't. I've just made it my goal to kick ass at everything I've touched since then, and I feel like I have
- Both current and former bosses are very high on me and would be happy to write references. Current employer knows of upcoming lateral.

Tear it up, I want it to be pristine when I send it out for real. Thanks in advance for any help!
