Second year analyst gives all her work to the first year

She started by giving all the work to the interns and she would barely review their pages.

When the interns left and it was just the two of us, she would find excuses as to why she can't do the work on this project.

I gave her work on a Wednesday. When I followed up on Friday, she said at 4pm, she had technical issues and couldn't do the work so I had to stay and do the work by myself until 3am on Saturday.

I got a first year to help and now she hardly does anything. I specifically ask we split the work 50-30-20 but the first year ends up doing her part too.

She even went to sleep when both me and the first year stayed late to work one night.

What can I do apart from a bad review?

This is a bb in the west coast, for reference.

Definitely push back on her and say something like "I can't take this on today, but if you have any questions please do let me know" or something along those lines. Other people don't need to be doing her work.

Also will mention - these people do tend to get weeded out or stuck in terms of promotions and it comes back to get them.
