Shareholder Activism
Dear all,
I was wondering how I can find transactions with shareholder activism of hedge funds (and private equity funds) within a specific region? I tried to find some with MergerMarket but without any success or maybe I just did something wrong...
Can you guys please give me a hint about how I can try to find those transactions?
