Sticky Offer/Re-recruiting Situation

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting, and I'll try to do my best.

I am a sophomore at a target school with a 2024 SA offer at MS for GCM. I want to go into IB and am trying to figure out what I should do in the upcoming months for recruiting.

For context, I am in the Goldman Sachs Emerging Leaders Series (pretty sure that means instant Superday) and am actively trying to network for IB and maybe PE (KKR).

Should I try to re-recruit at other banks for IB? Should I try to recruit at MS for IB? If I don't get an offer I like this spring, should I bank on the GCM SA position and try to change to IB if I get a return?

My main fear is doping something to piss off MS and lose my 2024 offer.

I would love some help and would be happy to answer any questions. Thank you!
