Stifel 2024 Sophomore Explorer's Program as a non-target

Hi guys. I was recently selected to participate in Stifel's 2024 sophomore explorer's program. It's a 4-day experience in their NYC office, where we'll be exposed to the firm's IB, equity research, and fixed income divisions. It's a strong pipeline into their 2025 SA program. Not sure if any of you have ever gone through an early insights program before, but how do you recommend optimizing and leveraging this experience to receive an early invitation to interview for their 2025 IB SA program? I'm a non-target btw.

Did the Sophomore Explorer Program - pretty much guaranteed a spot in FICM, ER, or IB for the subsequent summer. For reference, when I did the program it was five-weeks long, so I would network as much as possible with people in the bank considering the program is shorter this year.
