structured / project / export finance internship for dcm?
I believe the main duties will be -assisting origination/execution of the transaction -assisting credit approval -assisting kyc
- it’s at a european bank (think bnp paribas, societe generale, credit agricole)
It seems more like a combination of front and middle office tasks.
How much would it help? Also, in what ways would it help?

It sounds front office to me. You should be fine btw, I did an internship in structured finance and I'm returning to do another internship in capital markets at the same bank.
