TA Associates - Boston Tech?
Not in a tech group but interested in potentially lateralling.
Anybody have insight into what this specific group is like (not expecting any in-depth answer given it's small size). Just curious to hear how a sourcing heavy job compared to "traditional" PE jobs that might be more technical - what exactly / who is TA looking for in an associate? What is culture, hours, work like?
