I've read a decent amount of books listed in there, and I have to say, if any Goldman people internally have read more than half of those books, they probably aren't in investment banking any longer -- and running their own fund, or better yet, enjoying life and watching animal spirits tear eachother apart via capitalism

 

but seriously: No one knows or has a McKinsey suggested reading list? Is this a joke or are all the McK's in here just not interested in given info out?

Where does this list originate from? And is it group specific? I can't imagine that the firm would want every HR temp to absorb the equivalent of a four year degree's worth of reading.

Good list though, I'm going to pick some of them up, I'm always looking for something for my mind to chew on.
