Saw Berenson & Co come out for full time 2024. Was curious if anyone had an updated viewpoint on the firm? Appreciate it y’all!

Bumping this —> thanks for any input.
Seems like a good firm, without doing do much digging seems like they are in the ~1.1-1.4* deals per director per year, Team and leadership seems to come from a great background, appears as if they have a higher level of buy-side work relative to sell-side work, the companies advised do seem to be reputable and in the MM as opposed to the LMM, also they have a capital arm that seems to act as some level of merchant banking for the founding team/other companies.
On a 15min analysis (and absent of compensation data) I would give this firm a: Definitely go for it score. I see this firm being potentially a good stepping stone to bigger banks but also a good place to work with the typical warnings extended (i.e. non-toxic, good pay, etc.)

The job posting has analyst base starting around $100-120k. Anyone have all in comp #s?
