Top megafund P/E compliance role or transaction processing BB ?

I’m currently a compliance analyst in NYC. I recently interviewed with a top megafund for q compliance role (temp to permanent) I also interviewed with a top BB for transaction processing role ( full time ) both firms gave offers, what do you think would be the best option to move to another MO role or FO role in the future ?
