Top megafund P/E compliance role or transaction processing BB ?
I’m currently a compliance analyst in NYC. I recently interviewed with a top megafund for q compliance role (temp to permanent) I also interviewed with a top BB for transaction processing role ( full time ) both firms gave offers, what do you think would be the best option to move to another MO role or FO role in the future ?
I graduated 2017 from a estate school My experience: AML ( precious job ) Control room (current )

I think movement is easier at the bank although still not guaranteed. It will be difficult to move from BO to FO on the buy side, because you would be skipping the usual step of FO on the sell-side.
