Transferring after recruiting (junior transfer)

I'm feeling unhappy at my low-tier target and want better PE recruiting and want to transfer this year - I wanted to transfer last year but my parents told me wait one more year and see if I began to like it more. I have a >3.8 GPA and am a good student-athlete who's been rapidly improving to possibly an all-American level (and my sport is very quantifiable so the coach wouldn't have to look at film), along with other high level extracurriculars, so I think I'd have a good shot at transferring.

I plan on recruiting for IB this spring and think I'd have a decent shot at a mid-tier BB as I have a good gpa with prior experience, go to a low target, and have very good extracurriculars that show talent and work ethic.

Assuming I get an offer, would it look bad on me to transfer to a different college after, and could my offer possibly get pulled? The only ones I'm thinking of are all ranked higher than the college I currently attend.

I’m a junior who transferred after my sophomore year. Still haven’t signed an offer but haven’t had a negative reaction in interviews to my transfer as long as you have a good story.

As long as you transfer to a better school and can think of a little nicer sounding story than "i wanted better PE placement" you will be fine

Would any banks rescind my offer if I transferred?

I think I could come up with a good excuse though - I already came up with one (95% legit) after 1 minute of thinking so I could really polish a story with an hour.
