Sorry to bump this again, but I'm really curious.
They had a super day Thursday and gave offers. I have a super day invite for them in January.
I talked to an associate there who heads up recruiting and was under the impression they did phone interviews in mid december and had the in-office superday in January. What school do you go to? Did they do OCR recruiting there? Was your interview last Thursday in their office?
All the banks wanted recruitment in Jan. But GS broke the unwritten rule and started early. So now a lot have had non originally planned super days for top candidates BC they don't want other banks making them sign early. Tph didn't want to do it but they had to BC of everyone else. Will still have normal schedule but now some spots are taken prior
