UBS FT 2025 (vs Mid-BB) Group Placement
Received an offer for NY IBD but was confused about the group placement process. Do FT holders need to network right now, and what has been the timeline for previous years? Plus having another offer at a mid-BB with a less favorable group (FIG, P&U, ECM/DCM) - is UBS (potentially landing product group with connections) better being the new mid-BB taking CS? Depends on the product. If sponsors/levfin, yes, if M&A or other, no.
