What to do? Feeling pretty lost

 Financial aid packages have come for most of the schools I got decisions from, and it turns out most of them are obscenely expensive ($65,000/year+) and entirely out of the question for my family. My only two real options are Penn State (2+2 program, first two years at Harrisburg) and Cal Poly Pomona, both for Economics. I've done a lot of contemplating these past few weeks and have still decided to go somewhere and, ideally, transfer someplace significantly better (That's worth the cost) within a year. Which one do you guys recommend as a transfer platform, and worst case scenario if I have to ride out all 4 years there?
