Will Morgan Stanley interview you early if you already have an offer for Summer 2021?
I have an offer from Citi for Summer 2021, but could I use it to leverage for Morgan Stanley? Would they accelerate my recruiting process if I let them know I have an exploding offer?

They are strict about not accelerating. In fact all the upper/middle-upper BBs are like this now - so GS, MS, JPM and BofA for anyone wondering about other firms. Not sure about Barclays or CS, or if UBS and DB might.
Citi accelerates but they're already in the spring. Barclays didn't accelerate for my offer at Lazard/Moelis.

OP, in contrast to what everyone else has told you, sure MS will accelerate your offer. You can go tell them now and might as well reject Citi whilst you’re at it.

I'll second this- I think it depends on the circumstance. I got an offer at a competing top firm last recruiting cycle and had my process at MS accelerated...but, I was already somewhat far in the MS process. After alerting someone of my competing offer, I immediately got another phone screen and was sent to a superday four days later before my other offer was set to expire.
