DB Achieve 2024
When does the application come out, are DB still doing the Achieve program? I haven't seen anything online yet but in past years the deadline should be soon.

Nah I did the SJT, and they said to expect to hear back in January when they resume reviews
What is the SJT, I applied in mid-November and just got an essay assignment emailed to me this morning but no “SJT”.
Oh never mind, I see what you’re talking about. I completely missed that email smh. I’m hoping it doesn’t affect my app though because the link isn’t active for me to take it anymore but it does say that it’s optional on the email so idk

I did dbAchieve in the summer of 2023 and did not do a referral / do any networking / any other DB programs (ex. dbDevelop) beforehand.

Did corporate finance (IBD) last summer and we all networked pretty extensively as far as I know

I got an email for 2025 interview and a voicemail to call back regarding dbachieve app status but have not been able to reach HR, were they just calling to say dbachieve is canceled?
