Yes, it’s expensive. About $160 but it’s something you are gonna use everyday for the majority of the day so if you really think about it it’s worth it.

It’s very well made, aluminum frame, heavy so it won’t move unless you want to and the typing is satisfying. They have 3 options for sound I would chose “Tactile” cuz its still makes that mechanical noise but not too loud

Is it the MX Mechanical or just the MX Keys? I was leaning more towards the Keys just in case I would like to bring it into the office one day and not be clicking people insane.

So you dictate at home and she types? That's a pretty sick setup, I'm jealous.

The keeb folks do like smaller ones, that's true. I run a 60 key on DZ3.0 and i am superhappy with the compact form factor.

But there are also full 104 keyboards on the market:

They can be assembled, like the ones above, or may come as a kit. overall, a good investment.

Or: real pros would use a compact keeb, use the mouse on the LHD, and then use a macropad with their right hand. fastest way to enter numbers

Mouse on the left needs some getting used to, but I have seen right-handed folks do it at the office and it's more efficient that way.

I use a Das Keyboard.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
