2025 Blackstone Real Estate Leaders / Diverse Leaders / Future Women Leaders Program

Didn't see a discussion for this year. I had submitted and just finished my pymetrics, I feel like it was alright! How was everyone else's experience?

Thanks! Did it let you have any retakes? And how many questions were there if you don’t mind me asking

why would he help you, any info he posts online directly reduces his own chances of getting into the program

So I don't know which set categories they look for but my top five were:

1. Fairness
2. Effort
3. Risk Tolerance
4. Decision Making
5. Learning

I did my games at like 7pm (weekday) and heard back like literally 9 am the next day (also a weekday). I think probably they have an automation or something for the games, not sure. I will say though I applied to like 3 of their sophomore programs, got games around 5 days later including weekends for 2 (I could reuse results on 2nd obviously), and an interview for 2.

EDIT: You do an interview for each of the aforementioned programs, (I did 3 for 3 programs...LOL)

I did the pymetrics test and got invited for the interview the day after. For the test, my most unique were: 1. Learning 2. Attention 3. Risk Tolerance. I applied to two programs and did really badly in one (really nervous as this was my first time in this format) but decent in the other. Have not heard back since (this was two days ago), wondering if other people heard back yet after the interview.

Has anyone received a response from the Future Women Leaders Program?

Can anyone who has done this program talk about what it consists of? Especially since it's so early in the timeline it seems

Didn’t get BREL, but still got a bx re offer, would not worry too much
