Level Equity 2026

Just received the aptitude test- has anyone taken it or have others already started doing interviews. Also, is there any comms on an1 total comp there. Base salary seems to be 100K, don't know what bonuses look like.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific information about Level Equity's 2026 aptitude test or detailed communication on AN1 total compensation in the provided context. However, for AN1 roles in similar firms, base salaries often hover around $100K, with bonuses varying depending on performance and firm-specific policies. If you're looking for more precise details, it might be worth checking recent threads or reaching out to others in the WSO community who have experience with Level Equity.

base probably is 90k for sourcing and 100k for investment team. and bonus probably 50%-100% at max. Not a big shop but definitely decently sized.

Yeah I think base is roughly 100k and then 50k bonus probably. For a Y1 analyst at least.
