Warburg Pincus FT Analyst 2023 Recruiting Thread
Has anyone heard back regarding interviews for Warburg Pincus' 2023 FT Analyst program? The recruiting team said that interviews would be scheduled around mid May?

Oof assuming their resume drop is closed? Networked with someone from the firm at an event and they sent a followup email mentioning that their analyst process happened during the summer but lost contact with them after I replied... Was the application limited to certain schools?

Anyone have more recent commentary on group culture? Have done some calls with different groups but don't know anyone enough to understand actual culture / WLB

they posted a webinar and app link on my school’s handshake, so it does seem like it’s school-specific. i haven’t received an invite, but not sure if it’s because i was turned down or because they haven’t sent them out yet

I don't have specific intel on this, however general advice is networking is helpful at any point, even between rounds - if you can get someone to like you incrementally more they may go to bat for you over someone viewed similarly which could make a difference.

I think first-rounds are happening at different times so they'll wait till it's all wrapped up before moving forward. Please correct me if that's not right!
Is the first round supposed to be behavioural?
I assume you the interviewers are definitely following this thread and are likely to adapt questions on the fly. I would worry less and be prepared on all things behavioral and technical.
they also prolly don’t ask the same questions. either way interviewing is a game of connecting with your interviewer, knowing the questions won’t necessarily help (unless ur dogshit at technicals)
