Do you have what it takes to be a trader?

Barclays Capital has created a game to test the average person’s ability to handle stress and think quickly. The game is designed to simulate a fast-paced trading environment, but is not an assessment of any kind, or any indication of future success with Barclays Capital.

juked07I have a high score, but I get this message when I try to submit:

Sorry there was a problem submitting the form, please try again. If you cannot submit your score please email us here with your details.

You have the high score? I call your BS>

Actually I have over 10k, but I cheated (used other software). Just thought it would be fun to get it on the high scores list.

866 on decisiveness ball game- not sure how to do the others they did not get scored. I was using a laptop mouse pad. Hmm, not sure whether that is a good score or not. How do you get to the other games like the word game etc ?

Interesting game, I just focused on the math problems and ball game.

jrotmensenscratch that. 1096

just broke the 1200 mark... how do people get 2000+'s on this? do they have multi touch screens with 5 people on it?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, it took me a few tries to get to 1100. It would take 4 people each with their own mouse or something, or one guy with the mouse, one with a dictionary, one with a calculator!

There's a bug in the program, somehow you can play the word game even after the time has elapsed, which gives you free scores.

jrotmensenwhat exactly do you do with weights??

You click the ones that donot swing(which means they will drop in a few seconds, so you have to be fast)

If you click the weights a bunch of times when they stop swinging you can get a massive amount of points it seems

Wall Street leaders now understand that they made a mistake, one born of their innocent and trusting nature. They trusted ordinary Americans to behave more responsibly than they themselves ever would, and these ordinary Americans betrayed their trust.

soitwouldseemThe game as a lot to do with luck. I had a word pad with 5 s' and 1 vowel...the weights is arbitrary....you can get a sequence of really trivial math problems....and the balls just roll your way sometimes.

As is life.
