I had interview last week. Now I’m twiddling my thumbs hoping not to see a rejection email.
How many interviews did you have and did they mention training or the position?
Met with 2 people back to back. Didn’t get into the details about the position.
I had two people, two separate days.
do you know if there is a super day or a third interview?
What were both of your interviews like?
The were both personality based questions.
I really liked the people I interviewed with and they seem brilliant both were very cool.
We’ll see how I did… can only speculate on how I did.

Sounds like it went well! Just had the initial screening call with IBD yesterday for London so fingers crossed. Just afraid that some interviews will be very technical since i don't come from a IB/finance background
I applied for New York… but I think they spend 6-8 weeks training you on everything regardless.

I know I’m late to answer but my first interview was a little rushed because the interviewer was late I personally felt that was the tougher of the two interviews in terms of questions asked. The second was pretty chill. Just behavior questions

Same day back to back. Didn’t ask about the next round
This is my dream job and situation... my fingers, toes, and eyes are crossed lol.
Aw good luck buddy. It seems like they’re the only bank that runs something like this which is interesting.
There’s a lot of them doing this… but Morgan Stanley is the best.

does anyone know what interviews follow the back-to-back interviews?
From what I've seen in previous years, they may do more interviews lol. Someone said they had about 10 before the offer.

Has anyone out there heard back about a super day or a third round after the first two one-on-one interviews?
Not yet but I’d give it another week or two, the start date isn’t until June. I imagine offers go out in May.
Do you work as an analyst?
Very true… but a lot of people will have to relocate ASAP. I am all prepared if I happen to be selected!
I want this opportunity so badly. I am trying to manifest it as much as possible!

Has anyone heard back?
Nope. Last week I was told that first round is finalizing and after that’s complete we’ll hear something back. So within the next two weeks hopefully.

Has anyone had the Superday? I had it Tuesday. Today is Thursday and nothing.

any recommendations on how to prepare for a super day?
Based on previous years threads seems like it’s primarily behavioral. Be likable, show interest in the markets by being up to date on what’s going on currently, and be prepared to ask questions that highlight your intellectual curiosity beyond the typical “What’s it like working here?”
I’ve been doing that… I am concerned with the technical… so I’ll just keep on top of current events ! Thanks for your help tweezy.
No update yet… but she has been out for the past week from the auto response I got Friday. I am guessing she has 10000 emails. I tried reaching out also… so probably just waiting lol
I just reached out as well an hour ago. So fingers crossed we’re not out of the running yet
