Hi! I'm interviewing soon for the Bain BEL program and was wondering what I should expect for the case if it is about 10-15 mins long. Can you provide a few examples? I just know this is shorter than usual, so I was wondering how they would adjust a case for this.

Hey unfortunately don't know that. It's likely not standardized at all though. Case interviewers can take creative liberties so your mileage may vary

I'd love to hear if you guys hear back as well. It's a national program so it makes sense why it takes a while to hear back but still wish the turnaround wasn't so long.

Same, how competitive is this anyway? The partners that interviewed me openly congratulated me but I know that there are like 15 spots in the office I applied to. I go to an ivy league and I know at least 10 kids from my school that got interviewed as well. Any thoughts?
Given that it’s a sophomore program with less seats than ACI, I feel like it’s pretty competitive especially at their bigger offices (e.g. NYC, Boston, SF).

None... The return offers for ACIs are based on the case interviews at the end of the week (from my experience, they give ACI offers to about half of the BEL interns). It would make no sense at all to give return offers for next summer when basically all you did was a first round interview.
The ACs I know from the NYC office told me this is a avery important event and it is 100% happening. My friends that did BEL last year told me not everyone gets a returning offer after the interview. I agree with the person commenting above but it is never bad to have hope LMAO!
