Has anyone heard back regarding the Early Identification Program in terms of next steps aside from the forms/registration?

Yup i am, and I did IB too - I think the program starts relatively soon so I'm a little worried that nothing has been sent out

How do you feel about the potential of interviewing early and not knowing your other options?

Yep it was an email. Didn't do much networking. Does anyone know if it's accelerated in terms of a first round interview or straight to superday?
Well this fucking blows lol. I went to their Citi Discovery Day and figured I'd have a decent shot of getting in EID since it wasn't well advertised. Probably didn't get in because of my school but that's ok because I think I have a much better shot at the traditional app (Strong resume but non-target). Hopefully they're not done sending acceptance emails.
Ivy_Student you go straight to the superday. They'll pair you with a mentor and some homework to do for the time being and then you will go straight to the final round in july. Keep in mind that there is also a case study and potentially a group activity. Where is your superday at today?

Does anyone know more exact dates for the superdays? My mentor said he would recommend me for the next round but he wasn't clear on the next steps

If you get accepted to the Early ID process, you get an automatic superday, whether it be in July or August (depending on when your mentor thinks you are ready).
This sounds like an asteroid detection program. We still remember your sacrifice, Bruce Willis.

I got an email last week saying I should do a "phone screening" interview for CMO? Did anybody get that? Wasn't the program designed to let us surpass the first interview and go directly to the super day?
Yep I also got that. I'm surprised as well we still have to do a phone screening, I guess CMO does things differently from IB. Did you get your date for the phone call yet?
Yeah, early next week. I am trying to finish the interview process as quickly as possible to be honest.

Received an email from HR indicating that I have a 1st round phone interview next week. Thought Early ID people go straight to superday, but guess not...
Any news from HR on when your 1st round phone interview is? Earliest times are on Monday and haven't heard anything yet
I wouldn't worry too much about it, the earliest times for CMO were this past Tuesday and HR didn't get back to me until Wednesday. I did reach out to HR with a quick email beforehand, you could do the same if you want

It went well. My interviewer said he does not really know the timeline - but said they would get back to us soon. Did your interviewer give more details about superday or when we will hear about Superday etc...?

Not for diversity, and I think the number the recruiter mentioned in the initial phone call was 20 positions

Yes, I am doing the EID Program. Following the first round interview for Investment Banking, I received an email the next day stating they would like me to apply for the position.
does that mean you pass the first round? Any news for EID Markets?
Phone interviews end this week, so will probably hear back monday. Superdays will be july 27th or august 3, not everyone gets superdays either

no, it is pretty weird. first superday is on thursday. so you would expect us to know by now if we made it. anyone else doing IBD, did you hear back??
Also, I received an email from Citi suggesting me to apply for 2018summer analyst position in IBD. Is that related to Early ID? I feel like that was just an email to all applicants and not just to EID people. Do we need to apply separately from EID?
