No it's Kenexa. SHL tests are harder, no question.

Verbal Reasoning is potentially confusing. If you did well on SAT Verbal this should be reasonably easy. If you didn't, you may have trouble.

does everyone who apply to DB HK get to take it? or do they pick people to take it?

It's wierd because I applied earlier than an user above but got the test 2 days after him.. I thought most banks either send you the link to take it right after you submit your application, or at a uniform time for everyone after the deadline.... or did they make it seem random to trick people to think that they read people's resume to decide who gets to take? just curious

No, everyone gets it.

From what I understand (know some recruiters), the system is automated. They send out invites periodically throughout the day, and sometimes skip weekends and such.

Furthermore, once you pass the test, it's more like a (check). No one will look at the score anymore. If you fail the test, you get screened out through computer.

out of curiosity, what is to stop you from cheating outrageously on these types of online assessments? Is there a 'scout's honor' section, or do you take the test proctored?
